Lighting Controls and Electrical Switches

Pass & Seymour offers way more more than just switches and switch covers. They offer innovative, smart ways of reducing energy costs and adding convenience to your life all with a clean, sleek style.

Here are some lighting control upgrades that can add style and functionality to your home:

Recessed TV Boxes

Now you can recess both power and low-voltage connections into the wall with recessed TV boxes. Mounting a high-def TV on the wall is quicker and easier with no visible connections to spoil the look.

Good-night Light

This outlet/night light combo adds a smooth, sealed LED night light to either a standard outlet or a GFCI outlet. The night light turns on automatically in the dark, and off automatically when it isn’t needed. Extremely low energy consumption — and no bulbs to change!
Save Energy, Control Ambiance: Dimmers, Timers

Any room or space will look its best with the right lighting. What’s “right” will probably vary with time of day, weather, and activities. Adjusting lighting to create the perfect ambiance is easy with the broad selection of P&S Dimmers. From controlling a single fixture from one location to push-button whole-house control, they have the perfect solutions.

P&S Dimmers can cut energy use in bathrooms and bedrooms by 40 to 50% — with big savings in other rooms, too! Plus, you can extend the life of your light bulbs.

Save energy in the bathroom and other areas by installing a timer outlet with lots of options for fans and lighting. These smart combinations provide great solutions.

Coordinate with Your Kitchen

P&S Nickel Devices and wall plates add a touch of simple elegance to any contemporary kitchen. Bold and elegant, they’re the perfect match to a wide variety of popular appliances.
GFCI Outlets

Because they’re designed to exceed testing requirements, you can count on them to provide the protection you need. GFCI outlets are ideal for all wet areas of your home — including bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and garages.

Whole Home Surge Protection

Purge the Surge

Many of our customers have installed whole-house surge protectors. The cost is around $700 (US Dollars) depending on capacity and connects right to your electric panel. Especially in areas with unpredictable power consistency, this is a minimal investment and inexpensive insurance against surges that wreak havoc on expensive appliances, computers and home theater systems.
Easy Installation

To install in any new or existing breaker panel, simply wire the leads to any 2-pole breaker in the panel, and all the circuits in that entire panel will be protected. When using sub-panels, it is best to use one per sub-panel as well. The 2050 model has the best performance on panels totaling 200 amps or less. Larger units are available if needed.
